I always used parchment too Stacey. Once I started putting the veggies right on the pan, I got much better browning. Hope you like the recipe 😊.

I have always used parchment paper while roasting veggies. That is going to change. Thank you so much. I’m just missing the chili garlic sauce for this recipe but hope to try it soon ♥️
